- You must have an active Pro subscription to IT Hub to purchase this connector. During checkout you’ll be asked to enter your IT Hub customer ID to connect your account. To find your IT Hub Customer ID, log in to the IT Hub and click on your company name in the top menu. Select Settings, then click the Copy button next to the Customer ID in the Company Profile section.
