When you hire an employee in RUN Powered by ADP, everything syncs with the Electric IT Hub. New hires trigger an onboarding flow where app access is granted based on their department. You then choose their hardware—either from your existing inventory or by purchasing new gear from our store. We'll make sure their equipment arrives before their first day.
