Users can access the IT Hub directly from the My Apps page on ADP Marketplace, enhancing employee efficiency by simplifying access and reducing the need to manage multiple passwords.
Automated IT Onboardings
Automate your IT onboardings. When a new employee is hired in ADP, it triggers events in the IT Hub to ensure that your employee has their computer, hardware, and access to all relevant applications by their start date. You can purchase laptops and other hardware from our store or select items from your own inventory.
Automated IT Offboarding
Automate Your IT Offboardings. When an employee is terminated in ADP, it triggers events in the IT Hub to ensure all application access is revoked, their device is locked and wiped, and the device is returned to your inventory through our easy-to-use UPS process. Simply have your off-boarded employee take their device to the nearest UPS location, where it will be packed, insured, and shipped to your chosen destination.
