Integration Details
The CompXL bi-directional connector integrates with ADP Workforce Now. It syncs employee and compensation data on a regularly scheduled frequency with CompXL and writes back select information to Workforce Now. Streamlining operations and reducing the need for manual data entry by keeping employee data consistently in sync.

Data Fields
- The following ADP Workforce Now data fields will be read by CompXL:
1. Basic worker demographic information including name, hire date, work status, job title, and manager/reports to hierarchy.
2. Base Remuneration - The base or primary pay (i.e. salary, wage) associated with a work assignment.
3. Additional Remuneration including all other forms of compensation beyond the base pay associated with a given work assignment.
4. Pay Grade Pay Range - The pay range of the pay grade.
5. Custom Fields - custom fields as needed to support the planning process. - CompXL Writes back to ADP Workforce Now the following information
1. Base Salary adjustments with salary change reason code and effective date
2. One-time Bonus payments to the current open pay cycle along with the reason code
