Smart Onboarding is an automated solution that removes the need to send paper based documents for New Hires to fill out when onboarding. Instead, New Hires go use an online system to fill out all forms - speeding up the process and reducing the burdens of errors and delays in getting your New Hires on board.

Built in I9, E-Verify and other required Forms for Compliance are included in Smart Onboarding. These forms have guidance features which ensure that the right information is entered, reducing errors and delays.

Not every Organization is the same, which is why Smart Onboarding is configurable to incorporate your own way of Onboarding and any forms and processes that are not standard.

Data that New Hires enter into Smart Onboarding is automatically pushed into your ADP instance, removing the need for entering data twice. Updates to Smart Onboarding are also deployed automatically, lowering your cost of ownership.

Automatic updates on the system when data is inputted, for example storing the status of a New Hire that has completed their Onboarding process. This integration means that the following data is shared between Smart Onboarding and ADP: o Employee Name o Email address o Current Address and any previous Addresses o Information related to the OnBoarding of the New Hire

Smart Onboarding is accessed through a web browser, allowing you to reach New Hires quickly and effectively.

Smart Onboarding comes complete with forms for the I9, E-Verify and other forms required by State and Federal Law. Forms can be presented based on location or work state, removing the guess work from your staff as to what forms a New Hire should work with.

Within the application, security is applied based on roles and responsibilities to ensure that each user is performing the job that they need to do, nothing more or less.

Smart Onboarding supports the creation of an Applicant in ADP that can be activated once they become an Employee with active Payroll. This allows for Applicants to start the Onboarding process before they start their first day at your Organization.

Smart Onboarding supports the collecting and sending of Direct Deposit Accounts to ADP – further decreasing the amount of information you have to manually collect.
