The Paradox integration with ADP Workforce Now allows new hire information to be transferred from Paradox to ADP when a candidate’s status is updated to “Hired” in the Paradox CEM (Candidate Experience Manager). This information transfer also creates an “In-Progress Hire” record for the Candidate in ADP.
