Integration Details
Paradox's integration with ADP Workforce Now allows candidate information to be transferred from Paradox to ADP when that candidate’s status is updated to “Hired” in the Paradox CEM (Candidate Experience Manager). This information transfer creates an “In-Progress Hire” record for the Candidate in ADP.

Access and sign-in
- ADP single sign-on: Purchasers and users assigned through ADP Marketplace can sign in to Paradox through the ADP Marketplace My apps page.

Data fields
- When a candidate completes their onboarding forms in Paradox and is moved to the “Hired” status, Paradox will automatically send their information to ADP and create an In-Progress Hire.
Paradox will send the following fields to ADP:
1. Name
2. Email
3. Phone Number
4. Address
5. EEO Data (Gender, Race, Ethnicity)
6. Birthdate
7. Social Security Number
8. Start Date
9. Pay Rate
10. Pay Frequency
11. Job data
12. Marital status
13. Federal tax data (filing status, withholding status, dependents, deductions)
Paradox will read the following data fields from ADP:
1. Template IDs
2. ADP Company Codes
