Integration Details

Integrate ADP Workforce Now and ADP TotalSource® with Leapsome in just a few clicks to automatically sync your ADP userbase with Leapsome. It is a one-way integration. HR admins can push data from ADP into Leapsome, which is processed every twenty-four hours. The integration also offers SSO into Leapsome.

How we use AI

  • Leapsome uses AI to help you drive people development, build a strong feedback culture, and turn data into action.

    We believe AI helps HR and people ops professionals accelerate, optimize, and improve decisions created by humans. There are numerous use cases in which AI can either speed up processes (e.g., summarize survey feedback), improve quality (e.g., review writing) or minimize human bias (e.g., when analyzing employee sentiment).

  • Leapsome uses AI in several parts of our product, including:

    Surveys: Leapsome uses AI to swiftly analyze survey responses, extract summaries of key themes and feedback, and generate actionable recommendations for relevant initiatives.

    Goal setting: Speed up the creation of OKRs and development goals with AI. Automatically generate a selection of impactful key results and initiatives with just one input and two clicks.

  • Reviews and feedback: Leapsome uses AI to turn employees’ and managers’ bullet points into constructive comments enriched with recommended initiatives in feedback and performance reviews. Managers will prepare and input their written feedback for their direct reports based on their assessment of the employee’s performance. If a manager wishes, they can then choose to turn on AI to optimize their written feedback. If they are not a confident writer or need to become more familiar with written feedback best practices, and they also want to ensure their written feedback is productive, well-rounded, and actionable — AI-powered reviews can help.

    The AI cannot generate feedback from scratch, nor should it. The end result will always be based on the individual manager’s initial feedback and unique to direct reports’ performance.
