The instant messaging system is generally easy to manage and has some fun aspects. It has an exemplary user interface, is modern and intuitive, and makes it easier and faster for end users to adapt to the software. MangoApps allows you to create groups for staff to interact in a way they don't usually do; likewise, the creation of the groups has been beneficial in expanding internal communication, distributing information and sales, figures discussing progress in the projects of each work team, conduct surveys, questionnaires and forms and more. It also has a wiki section that has allowed staff to contribute to creating and maintaining a shared documentation base.
