  • Job-specific question sets gather and present essential applicant information well beyond that of a resume. With our out-of-the-box question-builder technology, you can build and mix text-based questions, multiple choice questions, multi-select questions, yes/no questions, and file upload questions.   • KeldairHR’s interview technology is both user-friendly and applicant-friendly. Instead of a single date and time, multiple dates and times may be offered to an applicant from which to choose. Phone, in-person, or video interviews may also be offered. A user may direct one or more interviewers to conduct or participate in the interview. In addition, interview confirmations are tracked in the system’s primary calendar and dashboard and may be uploaded onto individual calendars. This is scheduling at its best.

  • Reference checks are an important step in the applicant evaluation process. They verify candidate-provided information, furnish additional insight on past performance, and help determine the candidate’s fit for your organization. KeldairHR’s electronic reference check feature enables you to build electronic reference check forms, send system-generated reference requests, and automatically receive reference replies in the applicant’s file — all without having to track down and talk with the reference. Plus, if you wish to call a reference instead, you can always add notes and even rate the applicant’s references.

Rejections & disposition codes

  • Applicant rejections are as important as making hiring decisions. KeldairHR’s thoughtful rejection workflow treats applicants with respect. You can select from multiple rejection email messages, reject applicants individually or in bulk, and you can apply a disposition code to each rejected applicant to run reports on common causes for rejection. Share applicant file

  • At times, you may want to share an applicant’s file with someone not registered in the system. The Share feature creates a unique link that enables the recipient to review all parts of the file and add notes, but prevents processing actions. This feature extends collaboration capabilities and adds a unique dimension to the hiring system.

  • Notification overload can be a problem. But there are select events for which you want notifications — even if you’re not logged in at the time. From within your profile, you can set key events to trigger external notifications. These include inbound applicant messages, new @mentions, and the arrival of new applicants to your posted job.

  • Sometimes applicants can stack up quickly. Our bulk message update feature can save tons of time while simultaneously providing a number of selected applicants a desired message or update. A seamless connection

  • A click of the ‘Hire’ button in the ATS instantly creates a new hire file in Onboarding. No separate login needed. From that file, you can initiate and collect, print, or export all completed and signed onboarding forms.

E-forms and packages

  • You can create and use whatever onboarding forms your organization needs as part of your onboarding process. Upload one or more PDFs with a click. With another click immediately turn each one into an electronic information-gathering form. Creating a package of forms is even easier — give the package a name, add as many e-forms as you’d like, click save, and you’re done!

User friendly process

  • Yes, this is a really friendly process for the new hire and for the system user. The new hire clicks a link in an email and fills in fields on a webform. After completing all forms and clicking submit, the system user has access to all completed forms. And by the way, the new hire can return at any time to complete all of the forms if he/she wasn’t able to do them all at once.

Embedded eSignatures

  • eSignatures are a breeze to add to any form. You can also configure these forms to be signed by the New Hire or to require a second signature from your HR/Admin team (e.g. an I-9). Once completed, all forms using eSignatures also come with a full audit trail.

Logical workflows and progress checks

  • The three-step onboarding workflow includes Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. Upon initiation of the process, you can easily monitor progress right from the new hire’s file. Each form the new hire completes is immediately available for your review. Incomplete forms appear as ‘pending.’ All forms, along with their real-time status, appear in the file.
