    Creating Job Descriptions: We leverage AI to help you create tailored job descriptions. Our system generates a draft based on your inputs, which you can customize to fit your specific needs.
    Generating Job-Specific Keywords: Using machine learning, our platform analyzes your job description and suggests key terms that can help prioritize what’s most important for the role. These keywords act as a guide when assessing applicants.
    Highlighting Potential Matches: Once applicants start coming in, our AI compares their qualifications to your job-specific keywords, highlighting potential matches. This feature acts as a recommendation, highlighting which candidates may deserve a closer look.

  • It's important to note that AI is just one tool in your hiring toolbox. We believe human decision-makers are critical to the process, so while our system helps surface potentially good-fit applicants, it does not make final hiring decisions. You have complete control over the recommendations and can review or edit AI-generated results. Additionally, our AI does not consider any personal identifiers like gender, race, or age, helping to ensure a fair process. All applicants remain visible to you, and no one is automatically rejected or hidden based on AI outputs.

    We take the ethical use of AI seriously. Our machine learning models are trained on job-specific data, and we continually monitor and test the system to ensure it operates fairly but as with any tool, AI recommendations should be carefully reviewed as part of a holistic hiring process.

This includes an up-front collection of auto-scored question sets, document collection, employment and education histories, and references which enables you to evaluate applicants on a highly comparative basis.

  • Job-specific question sets gather and present essential applicant information well beyond that of a resume. With our out-of-the-box question-builder technology, you can build and mix text-based questions, multiple choice questions, multi-select questions, yes/no questions, and file upload questions. You can also create question sets that appear auto-scored in the applicant’s file.

  • KeldairHR’s proprietary iterative application feature enables you to obtain supplemental in-depth information following receipt of an initial right-sized job application With this two-step process you can quickly sort through initial applications and obtain more information from good-fit applicants in order to make informed processing and hiring decisions.

Sentiment & scorecards

  • From resumes to question sets to interview notes, you can apply a sentiment to various elements of a job applicant’s file — and continue to do so as the applicant file evolves. The system saves your inputs to a scorecard, thereby providing you with an at-a-glance view of each applicant’s fit characteristics.

  • Eventually, every applicant reaches one of two stages — hired or rejected. Your hiring team can collaborate from inside the system to reach an overall recommendation for each applicant. This includes commenting in specific areas of the applicant file, scoring, applying a flag type, @mention communications, sharing files, and “Like” indicators in each element of the overall application.

Interview scheduling

  • KeldairHR’s interview technology is both user-friendly and applicant-friendly. Instead of a single date and time, multiple dates and times may be offered to an applicant from which to choose. Phone, in-person, or video interviews may also be offered. A user may direct one or more interviewers to conduct or participate in the interview. In addition, interview confirmations are tracked in the system’s primary calendar and dashboard and may be uploaded onto individual calendars. This is scheduling at its best.

Reference Checks

  • Reference checks are an important step in the applicant evaluation process. They verify candidate-provided information, furnish additional insight on past performance, and help determine the candidate’s fit for your organization. KeldairHR’s electronic reference check feature enables you to build electronic reference check forms, send system-generated reference requests, and automatically receive reference replies in the applicant’s file — all without having to track down and talk with the reference. Plus, if you wish to call a reference instead, you can always add notes and even rate the applicant’s references.

Rejections & disposition codes

  • Applicant rejections are as important as making hiring decisions. KeldairHR’s thoughtful rejection workflow treats applicants with respect. You can select from multiple rejection email messages, reject applicants individually or in bulk, and you can apply a disposition code to each rejected applicant to run reports on common causes for rejection. This rejection feature automates this most unpleasant task, while paying respect to those who looked to your organization for employment.

  • The @mention feature enables hiring officials to communicate with colleagues from inside the system instead of reliance upon an external (and unconnected) methods of communication. This provides direct collaboration with your hiring team in one system of record.

Applicant Text

  • Speed is essential when processing job applicants -- and nothing’s faster than a text message. This feature enables you to text an applicant from within the applicant’s file and receive a return text just as quickly. Begin recruiting at the speed of text.

Share applicant file

  • At times, you may want to share an applicant’s file with someone not registered in the system. The Share feature creates a unique link that enables the recipient to review all parts of the file and add notes, but prevents processing actions. This feature extends collaboration capabilities and adds a unique dimension to the hiring system.

Notifications

  • Notification overload can be a problem. But there are select events for which you want notifications — even if you’re not logged in at the time. From within your profile, you can set key events to trigger external notifications. These include inbound applicant messages, new @mentions, and the arrival of new applicants to your posted job.

Bulk messaging

  • Sometimes applicants can stack up quickly. Our bulk message update feature can save tons of time while simultaneously providing a number of selected applicants a desired message or update. Bulk actions can be as simple as an email status update to a more detailed processing action such as a job post closing.

Activity stream

  • Located in each job applicant’s file, the Activity Stream is a chronological list of actions that displays every interaction among applicants, hiring officials, and events associated with the file. Each entry is time stamped in a social media stream-like style.

By design, each user has a role with select permissions that determine access to jobs and actions that can be taken. Once assigned, each user (or hiring team) will have access to the job, can process applicants, and receive notifications/updates throughout the applicant processing cycle

  • Setting permissions within an application to align with real-world duties sets your team up for success. This system enables you to assign users to a role tied to a collection of pre-set permissions. Each organization comes with default roles to include Admin and Hiring Manager. From there, you may edit or create as many unique new roles as needed.

A seamless connection

  • A click of the ‘Hire’ button in the ATS instantly creates a new hire file in Onboarding. No separate login needed. From that file, you can initiate and collect, print, or export all completed and signed onboarding forms.

E-forms and packages

  • You can create and use whatever onboarding forms your organization needs as part of your onboarding process. Upload one or more PDFs with a click. With another click immediately turn each one into an electronic information-gathering form. Creating a package of forms is even easier — give the package a name, add as many e-forms as you’d like, click save, and you’re done!

User friendly process

  • Yes, this is a really friendly process for the new hire and for the system user. The new hire clicks a link in an email and fills in fields on a webform. After completing all forms and clicking submit, the system user has access to all completed forms. And by the way, the new hire can return at any time to complete all of the forms if he/she wasn’t able to do them all at once.

Embedded eSignatures

  • eSignatures are a breeze to add to any form. You can also configure these forms to be signed by the New Hire or to require a second signature from your HR/Admin team (e.g. an I-9). Once completed, all forms using eSignatures also come with a full audit trail.

Logical workflows and progress checks

  • The three-step onboarding workflow includes Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. Upon initiation of the process, you can easily monitor progress right from the new hire’s file. Each form the new hire completes is immediately available for your review. Incomplete forms appear as ‘pending.’ All forms, along with their real-time status, appear in the file.
