The Aquera Identity Directory Sync Bridge integrates ADP Enterprise HR® with identity management platforms and directories, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, Google Workspace, IBM Security Verify, JumpCloud, Microsoft 365, Oracle IDCS, SAP IDS, and others. It provides out-of-the-box automated user provisioning or deprovisioning to any business application. Additionally, Aquera supports bi-directional data exchange to write data back into ADP for certain allowed attributes.

Data Fields
- All standard ADP fields such as name, title, email, phone number, employee number, location, department, manager, division, ... . Additionally, any custom attributes such as photos, status, hire date, preferred name and others can be included as needed.

How we use AI
- Aquera offers artificial intelligence and machine learning-based features within the platform to help enhance efficiency for system administrators and to automatically test for anomalies/inconsistencies in the integrated data.
Aquera’s generative AI features streamline the configuration of integrations between ADP and other applications by automating the generation of data transformation mappings and logic. Administrators then review and complete the configuration to test and deploy integrations.
Additionally, Aquera's AI-powered anomaly detection helps identify inconsistencies in group and container assignments within your directory, enabling administrators to manage group membership more effectively and maintain a least-privilege access model.
These AI features can be enabled for specific administrators of the Aquera Tenant, and usage is entirely optional.

Automated IT Onboarding
As new employees are added to ADP Enterprise HR®, the bridge imports the user data into the connected identity management platform or directory. Users are then automatically provisioned to authorized applications based on their role.
Automated IT Offboarding
If an employee leaves the company, their status is updated in ADP Enterprise HR®, the bridge immediately orchestrates the removal of the user’s accounts in applications through the connected identity management platform or directory.
Automated Updates
Employee profiles are automatically and continually updated by the bridge into the identity management platform or directory from ADP Enterprise HR®.
