Automated Benefits Administration
When ADP employers use HRaspirin's integration feature, they can choose to automatically load their employees into the HRA platform. Once loaded, HRaspirin will work with the employer to roll out options to their employee and train them to manage their own premiums setup and reconciliation. Employers can literally set it up and let their employees manage their own premium reconciliation. The HRA platform will recognize if an employee misses a premium and communicate directly with that employee to correct it. HR managers can monitor the process through their HRA portal, but they don't have to reconcile it.
