Track Leave Management and Accruals
InfiniTime Online can help with tracking accruals and leave. There is no limit to the number of Accruals Configurations that can be setup in InfiniTime. Accruals can be configured for individual employees or groups of employees as needed. Employees can submit an electronic time off request, which their manager can approve, and InfiniTime does the rest. The employee's timecard, schedule, and accrual totals are updated immediately when the manager approves the time off request. This allows everybody to know that the employee will be off and keep all parts of the system updated.
Employees can request time off from the mobile app, time clock, or web portal. With just a few details the request is made and sent directly to those that need to approve the time off. When approved the employee receives a message to let them know their time off request was approved. InfiniTime supports both single or multi-level approvals for time off requests.

InfiniTime includes a mobile app available for both Android and Apple devices. The mobile app is GPS enabled with a broad set of geo-tracking features including: Geo-Tagging, Geo-Fencing, Breadcrumbs, and the ability to automatically categorize employee hours based on their location for Job Costing purposes.
Every punch made from the mobile app is automatically geo-tagged with GPS coordinates, giving a clear indication of where the device was located when the punch occurred. Geo-Fences can be defined to only allow punching inside of designated areas. InfiniTime can also notify supervisors via email or text message when employees punch outside of a geo-fence. The geo-fence can also be configured to set the department, job, or task based on the employee's location..
InfiniTime's mobile app can operate without an internet connection, meaning it can still be used in remote areas or areas without cellular service. As soon as the employee returns to an area with WiFi or cell service, they can open the app and it sends the stored transactions.

InfiniTime offers employee scheduling. Employees can be scheduled to work in specific departments, jobs, or tasks. Employees can swap shifts, cover shifts, and more with our mobile app. While scheduling in InfiniTime is optional, Scheduling information enables powerful functionality such as: Preventing employees from punching in early to prevent unauthorized overtime, Receiving Alerts via text or email if employees are scheduled to open a store or office location No Show, and automatic Job Costing based on the employee's scheduled Department, Job, and Task. InfiniTime offers support for shift differentials, unscheduled overtime, and other complex wage calculations based on what time the employee is working.
