Integration Details

InfiniTime is directly connected to ADP's database. Time and Attendance related configuration including employee information, departments, cost centers, and pay items are synced directly from ADP to InfiniTime. Time and Attendance tasks such as tracking worked hours, Labor Allocation and Job Costing, Timecard Editing, Time Off Requests, Expense Tracking and Approval, and Timecard Approval are performed in InfiniTime. At the end of each pay period, worked hours are synced to ADP in a Pay Data Batch with appropriate wages and labor/job costing information. Employees hired and terminated in ADP are automatically synced to InfiniTime.

  • InfiniTime provides multi-level job costing. This allows us to support job costing so detailed reporting can be done for job costing. We can also set wages based on this information. This allows us to support prevailing wage calculations and other wage-based configurations. This includes shift differentials, prevailing wage, server wage, and any other wage-based calcs.

Tip Distribution / Tipped Wages

  • Having tipped employees requires unique features. InfiniTime has great features for businesses that have tipped employees. InfiniTime can calculate wages for tipped jobs and non-tipped jobs in the same timesheet. All of the wages are sent over for the tipped hours automatically, so you do not need to edit the wages in payroll. InfinTime also can distribute pooled tips across employees at the percentages you desire. In one wizard window you can distribute the tips automatically and have them added to the timesheet for transfer to payroll.

Multiple Location Support

  • InfiniTime is optimized to help If your organization has multiple locations. There are no limits to the number of locations or time clocks the company can have. This allows organizations of any size to use InfiniTime to manage their workforce. Reports can be grouped or filtered by location as desired.

Expense Submission

  • InfiniTime allows employees to quickly enter expenses and other information to submit expenses for manager approval and reimbursement. Approved expenses are displayed on the employee's timecard within InfiniTime and will sync to ADP as a non-taxed earning at the end of the pay period in a Pay Data Batch. Expenses can be configured to require employees to upload a photo of their expense receipt.

Payroll Based Journal

  • Long-term healthcare facilities are required by law to upload employee and time data to CMS/Medicare. The tracking and reporting of this information can be automated with InfiniTime. InfiniTime gathers the information and generates the XML export files that can be uploaded to CMS/Medicare. Modern Mobile App with Self Service Features - Available Off Grid.

The InfiniTime Atlas Mobile App was developed with today's modern workforce in mind. The application can be configured to enable or disable features for different employees as needed, providing a flexible self-service application or a GPS-enabled time clock for employees who work remotely or in the field.

The application can be configured for Geo-Tagging, Geo-Fencing, and Geo-Punching. With Geo-Tagging each punch that is made with the application can store the GPS location of the punch. On the InfiniTime timecard, a map can be displayed to show exactly where the punch was made. Geo-fencing allows the application to limit the employee to only be allowed to punch within 300 yards of management-approved addresses. Geo-punching allows the application to automatically punch an employee in and out based on their location to management-approved addresses. InfiniTime can also track the employee’s movements when they are clocked in and can provide their current/last location.

No Internet? No Problem. Access the Mobile App even when Off-Grid.

  • InfinITime's mobile app can be used when there is no cellular or internet service available. This allows workers inside buildings or in remote areas to get the benefits of punching when there is no service. The InfiniTime Mobile app stores the punch information. When the user has better cellular signal or is on WiFi, they just need to open the app and all of the stored information is then sent to InfiniTime.

Bring Your Own Hardware

  • With our tablet app we can turn any iOS or Android tablet into a timeclock. The employees can punch in/out, view their timecard, request time off, and much more. This is using customer supplied tablet or phone and our tablet application. This lowers the cost of the timeclocks and may use hardware that is already used by the business.

Scheduling

Employee scheduling is a key method to manage labor costs. InfiniTime has a robust scheduling system. Managers can schedule employees with fixed reoccurring schedules, shift based schedules, or manual schedules. Employees can enter their availability, swap shifts, post schedules to be covered, and ask for schedule changes. All of these need manager approvals to be completed successfully. Managers can also post schedules that need to be covered. This allows managers to add schedules based on business needs. The scheduling features can be directed to only employees who are trained to fill certain roles. This allows qualified employees to be presented with an opportunity to cover or swap shifts.

  • Swapping schedules can easily be done by any employee. By using the employee web portal or mobile app, two employees can agree to swap shifts. Then their manager is notified and gives final approval of the shift swap.
