Absorb LMS

I loved how straightforward the reporting is and the amount of pre-loaded courses on display. For a smaller department in a smaller business, it can make a real difference in training and the ability to view courses to ensure they are suitable is very helpful. The implementation was really good and we were eased into it well, so we understood every feature available to us. Our project manager, Luke, made sure to answer all of our questions. I find that I'm in absorb quite frequently, whether that's to check out courses that may be relevant for the team or set up a group and the amount of information available really is fantastic. We've not integrated Absorb with any of our other systems but we believe it's easy to do, as shown in demos.

As my company's LMS Administrator, the admin dashboard is intuitive and easy to use, making my daily management tasks straightforward. The reporting system is comprehensive yet accessible, giving me actionable insights without drowning in data. The people we've worked with since we started using Absorb. They've always been friendly, efficient in their communications and will go above and beyond.

LMS is easy to use,layout is good, a lot of different features and functionalities. Aborb create allows you to create an interactive course. Really good as absorb create give you layouts you can use and tweak. Some of the functionalities include: can upload video, drag and drop activities, ordering, voice over, questionnaire, quiz and more.

Absorb LMS is easy to use and navigate for both administrators and users. The dashboard is highly customizable, and the navigation is seamless and user-friendly. The Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!!! Maggie S., Corey T., and AJ P. have all been responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in our success. Maggie S. and AJ P listen to our needs and come up with effective and streamlined processes to meet our needs. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive customer service team!

The support and friendliness of the people who work there has always been impressive. Whether it is the customer success people, sales/account managers or technical support, the people who you will be working with through implementation or ongoing support are genuinely great. As an L&D Manager in the UK, I am spoiled for choice with products available, so a lot of the time the decisions I make come down to the service and contact. Absorb does this really well.

Highly intuitive, engaging and accessible for the learner - even those with minimal IT experience. Yet powerful, highly configurable and with extensive reporting tools for the L&D professional. Superb implementation team and tech support. I feel very supported by experts who are committed to my success.

The Customer Service is beyond brilliant

What I liked the most about using absorb as a learning management system was certainly the use of the amount of helpdesk articles and the absorb management system academy. When navigating the learning management system it became obvious very soon in the process that it was going to be very user-friendly. Once I learned a process, it was easy to remember, practice, and replicate.

With zero experience with LMS and entirely new implementation ahead, we were nervous and quite unsure about the whole process. Luckily with Absorb team, things turned out to be more easy then expected. Their CS is top notch and it really feels like a cooperation. The system is quite logical in its use and its getting easier by every login.

I love how easy it is, after their excellent onboarding and training and how much fun it can be to create content. We use it for so many training programs and cannot imaging not having it as a daily tool.
