Giving effective feedback to employees can be difficult, especially when it needs to be constructive and help the recipient to improve their performance.

Using basic information, SnapEval’s AI Suggestion feature provides content that assists with creating highly effective real-time employee performance feedback.

Administrators can configure safeguards that automatically detect and queue any feedback that meets predefined criteria such as low levels of achievement, negative sentiment, or specified words or phrases.

Administrators can review this queued feedback, edit the content if needed, and proactively coach the creator when necessary, before the feedback is released from the queue and shared with the employee.

Capture real-time feedback instantly, when critical feedback is thought of or important performance is observed. When captured, the feedback can immediately be communicated electronically to the employee as an email or smartphone push notification.

Alternately, it can be submitted as "draft" content without electronic communication to the employee. The draft content can then be discussed verbally at a manager-employee check-in meeting and subsequently communicated electronically to document the feedback.

Managers can automatically incorporate some or all of an employee's real-time feedback into their performance appraisal document. This makes the process of creating the performance appraisal easier for the manager.

Because the employee has already received this feedback in real-time, the performance review meeting is less intimidating and uncertain for the employee.
