Automatic Employee Updates
- SnapEval automatically creates "groups" and populates them with employees based on employees' Department Code/Department Name assignment in RUN.
- Ensures that employee data in SnapEval is always up to date with the latest changes in ADP.
- Automatically imports and updates the employee's name, work email address, Department Code/Department Name, Hire Date, and ADP Status directly from RUN Powered by ADP.
Full support for ADP Single Sign-on (SSO)
- Enables secure access to the SnapEval web portal using ADP UserID and password

How we use AI
- Giving feedback to employees can be difficult, especially when it needs to be constructive and help the recipient to improve their performance. SnapEval’s “AI Suggestion” feature can help.
To instantly generate suggested content that can be used as a starting point for real-time feedback, a Feedback Creator can simply click the “AI Suggestion” button.
While basic information about the employee (first name and job title) and the issue (goal area and achievement level) is used to generate the suggested feedback, no data is retained by the AI system or used for training AI large language models.
The AI Suggestion content is a starting point for the Feedback Creator to create effective feedback for the recipient. The Feedback Creator can incorporate some or all of the content into their feedback for the recipient.
When the AI Suggestion is presented, SnapEval reminds the Feedback Creator that they are responsible for any feedback given to the recipient, regardless of whether the content was created by the AI Suggestion feature.
SnapEval includes safeguards that can automatically detect and quarantine any feedback that meets predefined criteria such as low levels of achievement, negative sentiment, or unique words or phrases. This provides the organization’s HR professionals with an opportunity to review and approve this feedback before it is communicated to the recipient.

Proactive Feedback Coaching
Administrators can configure safeguards that automatically detect and queue any feedback that meets predefined criteria such as low levels of achievement, negative sentiment, or specified words or phrases. Administrators can review this queued feedback, edit the content if needed, and proactively coach the creator when necessary, before the feedback is released from the queue and shared with the employee.
360-degree and External Feedback
360-degree feedback can be enabled to allow internal feedback from peers and others not directly assigned as an employee's manager.
Unique QR codes and feedback links for each employee enable feedback from people outside of the organization such as customers, clients, and partners.
Cloud-Based Web Portal and Mobile App
