The Docufree Content Services Connector to ADP Document Cloud integration starts by automatically pulling your worker information from ADP Workforce Now® and ADP Vantage HCM® into Docufree’s secure cloud platform upon purchase of the solution. This information is used to create your account and filing structure within Docufree’s secure cloud platform which mirrors your filing structure in ADP Document Cloud. The subscriber of the solution will receive admin rights to their Docufree account.
Employee documents and their document properties (i.e. metadata fields) captured by Docufree are automatically uploaded to the correct destination in ADP Document Cloud.
This provides HR practitioners with a service and a secure platform to convert, categorize and upload all of their paper and digital employee documents into the ADP Document Cloud® feature within ADP Workforce Now® and ADP Vantage HCM®. This includes existing employee documents in file cabinets, boxes and network drives as well as day-forward documents received via a Docufree provided fax number and email address.
