Bi-Directional
Automatic updates on the system when data is inputted, for example storing the status of a New Hire that has completed their Onboarding process. This integration means that the following data is shared between Smart Onboarding and ADP:
o Employee Name
o Email address
o Current Address and any previous Addresses
o Information related to the OnBoarding of the New Hire

Direct Deposit collection
Smart Onboarding supports the collecting and sending of Direct Deposit Accounts to ADP – further decreasing the amount of information you have to manually collect.
