Was fairly easy to implement, their customer support team gets back to you promptly, and they offer a wide variety of resources - both for administrators and our employees.
Easy, Simple, Straightforward
Betterment is a great platform and very user friendly. It is very intuitive and easy to use on both the administrative and employee side. They easily integrate with our HRIS to make employees adjusting their retirement contributions a breeze! On the rare occasions that I do have questions their support team is quick to respond and provide accurate answers.
Smoothest transition ever!
Coming in as a new head of HR, we went through a massive transition of platforms and the switch to Betterment was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The platform is user friendly, and all of our employees are happy with the functionally. Our Implementation specialist is also wonderful and very helpful, always getting back to us quickly and thoroughly. The 360 integration with our HR platform makes it even easier to frequently check in on your accounts and progress.

Betterment makes managing our 401k simple. It integrates with our payroll system, is very easy for our employees to understand, and their customer support always responds to us very quickly.

Modern platform for employees, easy platform for admins!
My favorite 401k platform EVER! Betterment provides a nice experience for employees, from the ability to choose funds with causes that resonate with them, to education savings or student loan repayment, it hits all areas that matter to someone, no matter their stage in life. On the admin side, connects directly to Gusto for easy payroll integration, super easy recordkeeping and annual testing. Just a couple of clicks, and poof, you're done!

Great for the employees but the support for admins has been lacking
I think the site is fairly simply to use which is important when not everyone at a company is well versed in investing options. Other than support, everything functions like you'd expect.
Overall good but pending improvements
Ease of Use is one of the best qualities of betterment. Also, the ease of integration with our QuickBooks online platform through a csv file is great.
