Integration means the data you add to ADP Workforce Now is automatically incorporated into BenefitPlan Manager. Employee status changes, new hires , terminations, compensation, and demographic additions and changes flow directly into BenefitPlan Manager and initiate action. Bi-directional data exchange means when employees make benefit elections or changes in BenefitPlan Manager the accurate payroll deduction changes flow directly into ADP.
