Data that new hires enter into Smart Onboarding is automatically pushed into your ADP instance, removing the need for entering data twice. Updates to Smart Onboarding are also deployed automatically, lowering your cost of ownership.
Integrate seamlessly with ADP.
Smart Onboarding integrates with ADP to send automatic updates when data is input, for example, storing the status of a new hire that has completed their onboarding process. The following data is shared between Smart Onboarding and ADP:

oEmail address
oCurrent Address and any previous Addresses
oInformation related to the OnBoarding of the New Hire
oEmployee Name
