HiBob’s one-way integration with ADP iHCM NL streamlines the payroll process by automatically syncing critical employee data.
This secure connection transfers information for new hires, rehires,
terminations, and employee changes—including compensation updates, bank details, and payroll
inputs. With robust field and value mapping, the integration ensures that your HR data remains
consistent and accurate as it flows from HiBob into ADP iHCM.
Data Sync Frequency:
- Manual sync (initiated per pay cycle).
New Hires:
- Details of employees who joined during the pay cycle, including personal info, employment details, and initial salary.
Changes:
- Updates to personal, employment, or payroll information.
Terminations:
- Termination date and reason for employees leaving the organization.
Metadata Retrieval:
- During setup, Bob retrieves metadata from ADP iHCM (such as gender, country, and termination reasons) to enable accurate field and value mapping.
