New employees are automatically created, employee updates are synchronized, and terminated employees are deactivated—reducing manual administration while ensuring employees always have accurate and up-to-date people information.
Setup takes just minutes with no IT involvement required. The integration uses ADP identity for secure authentication and automatic user provisioning, while remaining one-way and read-only from ADP® to Names & Faces so ADP® remains your system of record.

Administrators can configure the directory fields, branding, and layout through the Names & Faces admin interface, with support available from the Names & Faces team at any stage. Most organizations can be ready to launch within an hour of purchase.
