Enforced schedules sent to Payroll are accurate
Schedule-enforced, geofenced clock-in / out optional functionality, ensures that the Schedule101 labor percentage-driven scheduled hours worked and if tips are applicable are reflected in the payroll system. Why build smart schedules driven by labor costs v. project sales, if not enforceable and executed as planned? The system is flexible enough to notify Managers who opt-in to accept messages to approve early clock-ins & late clock-outs. These are additionally flagged in the system so any Manager can act on them as-needed in real-time!
Export hours worked or schedules
Export the hours worked directly to payroll. Since Schedule101's geofenced, schedule-enforced clock-in / out functionality drives punches to either match the schedule or Manager-accepted exceptions, hours worked are per the plan or as close to it as possible so that there is no discussion at pay periods. Typically when Managers approve an early clock-in or late clock-out they have good reason and we allow you to support that delegation of authority. Tips can be added as well!
