Integration Details

XBInsight offers a seamless integration with ADP, streamlining the assessment and hiring process within your existing recruiting workflow.

The integration continuously monitors for candidates placed in the designated status. Once identified, XBInsight automatically sends an assessment invitation via email. Candidates complete the assessment through a secure link, and upon completion, their results, including a job fit score and a direct link to the detailed report are posted back into the candidate’s record in ADP Workforce Now. This real-time data exchange enables recruiters and hiring managers to make faster, more informed decisions with no disruption to their current process.
