Dependent and Other Coverage Verification

The iVerifyPro solution is an easy way to perform a verification of all dependents enrolled, including your current population and newly added dependents throughout the year. If your plan includes a working spouse provision, such as a spouse surcharge or exclusion rule, you can also use iVerifyPro™ to verify the existence of other coverage form the spouse’s employer.

As the plan sponsor, you will have access to 24/7 reporting (who is eligible, responded, not responded, by division, department, etc.). There is also visibility to documents submitted, call notes, and real-time dispositions of each participant along with a ticketing system to streamline questions and resolutions between the employer and our team.

Employee Communication Tools

Using iVerifyPro™ makes it simple for employees to understand what is required for verification.

Employers can customize the communication elements that are sent to employees. iVerifyPro™ goes to where the employee is today by offering various electronic communication channels such as e-mail, text, etc. for notifications, reminders and confirmations.

Call Center Support

Our team is here to support any audit participant who may need help completing the verification. Our system also includes an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) component to help deliver key information to callers 24/7.

Employees can access the online portal 24/7 to upload their documents from their smartphone or computer, check the status of their verification, review documents already provided, and submit questions to the support team. Visitors also have access to simple video tools that provide information on how to upload documents, source vital records, etc., as well as a chat feature.

The employer portal makes it easy to:

  • Review general information about the project including timelines, standard and custom reports.
  • Look up an individual, their status, and the details around their disposition. For example, if someone is “incomplete.” you will see what information is missing or why they did not pass the verification.
  • View the records an employee provided and call notes.
  • Upload a document on an employee’s behalf or even submit an admin ticket to the team to quickly resolve a question or issue without having to set up a call or meeting.
  • Directly add or assign multiple users to the employer portal and remove them without having to work with the support team.
