Integration Details
Selerix will push deduction changes in real time to ADP Workforce Now and will receive demographic and employment data that ADP Workforce Now provides on changes, including new hire events, terminations, salary changes, and other common changes.
This solution is for existing clients of both Selerix and either ADP Workforce Now or ADP TotalSource®.
Data fields
- Selerix will send the following fields to ADP:
1. Benefit deduction payroll amounts
2. Benefit deduction codes - Selerix will read the following fields from ADP:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Address details
4. Date of Birth
5. Social Security Number or EID
6. Location
7. Marital status
8. Job title
9. Salary
10. Pay frequency
