The CareerPlug Connector integrates with RUN Powered by ADP to pre-populate and perform new hire data syncs from your CareerPlug account into your ADP account.

Data Fields
- The following fields will be pre-populated sent by CareerPlug to ADP:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone Number - The following fields are required to send to ADP:
- Employment Type* (Required for all syncs)
- Birth Date (Required for W2 employees only)
- Social Security Number (Required for W2 employees and 1099 individual contractors only)
- Start Date (Required for all syncs)
- Tax ID Number (Required for 1099 company contractors only)
- Company Name (Required for 1099 company contractors only)
