Overall functional and simplified
It is very functional and simplified. In my experience it was very consistent, but the occasional screw ups did frustrate. More so, it is extremely slow and sluggish, which definitely tested my patience. I had to use it at least once a week, but learning and implementing it into my work was quite easy. I'm unaware of the integration altogether, but when it came to linking my assistant account with my executive, it was a breeze. The features are fair, I'm not sure what else it was used for, but in my case it was for flights, hotels and transportation services, which was honestly awesome to have all-in-one. As for the customer support, I had no engagement with them, so I can't speak for that aspect.
The software is very intuitive and user friendly.
The software is easy to jump into and plenty of supplemental trainings exist to answer questions.

Integrationg of SAP Sucess factors employee cneteral mloldule with finance department for pay roll was easy beacuse of its various sap connectors and adpaters.
SAP Concur is a great platform
The ability to expense, link and book all travel on one platform. Everything is very intuitive and easy to use.

I have been using SAP concur for 2+ years now and I can tell you its one of the best softwares out there for reimbursement submissions. It is very easy to submit the reimbursement and has variety of options from travel or hotel expense submission to internet reimbursements. I use this very often. When I faced an issue, support was quick and efficiently helped me.

I like how it links your credit card, loyalty programs, and billing straight to your account. It minimizes the amount of inputs you have to put in, especially on the receipts side.
