Standard Support is provided to every customer. Standard support covers troubleshooting issues when the product is not working as documented and includes: Monitoring portal/notifications, a 4-hour support response time and a dedicated customer success manager. Support hours are M-F, 9am to 6pm EST, excluding holidays.
