The iCIMS Connector for ADP Lyric will automatically create new employees in ADP using data from new hire records from iCIMS’ Talent Cloud and automatically sync employee profiles in ADP Lyric with person profiles in iCIMS.

Core Data Sync
Import foundational data from ADP® Lyric to create and maintain fields and instances from ADP within iCIMS. Includes applicable hierarchies as well (i.e., parent-to-child relationships, tree structures, etc.).
- Many fields from iCIMS are required to be populated to support a pre-hire process in ADP. These fields have required codes and strict field-level validation requirements. iCIMS will ensure that lists of code/labels, such as companies, locations, and job codes, are being integrated daily from ADP Lyric to iCIMS.

Note:
For the above Lookups/Lists, no other attributes of these tables are supported via the APIs for ADP Lyric.
Employee Sync
Import employee data from ADP® Lyric to iCIMS to provision and maintain client defined roles and properties within iCIMS.
- With this integration, you can eliminate the need to manually add or upload employees into iCIMS ATS. When the integration runs, all employees are automatically transferred to iCIMS with the appropriate level of access as defined by their roles. Terminated employees will have their iCIMS account deactivated.
Position Sync
Import and maintain positions from ADP® Lyric into the iCIMS Job Library to use when creating requisitions in iCIMS.

Outbound Pre-Hire
Export your newly hired candidates to ADP® Lyric as an In Process Pre-Hire.
- This synchronization process is used to send hired candidates from iCIMS to ADP as pre-hired candidates. Export of all fields is required prior to synchronization within the ADP Lyric environment.
With this integration, candidates for hire in iCIMS are transferred to ADP Lyric by changing the workflow status in iCIMS to automatically transmit the selected candidate to ADP.
