1. Customer Support. Every member of the Cocoon team has been exceptionally responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Our employees have echoed this feedback as well. 2. Decreased administrative burden. We cannot overstate how much time this has saved our internal People team. Cocoon handles nearly ever step of the leave process on our behalf and anything they can't directly handle (i.e. payroll) is provided to use with maximum ease. 3. Cost savings. From an employee perspective, Cocoon's dashboard provides a great visualization of their leave plan, displays all pay sources, and handles communications to managers and HR so the employee can focus on what's important. The support team is knowledgeable and usually quick to respond when issues or confusion inevitably arises (leaves are confusing!).
