- 1. Daily - WorkEasy Software pulls data from ADP on a daily basis
2. Payroll data is sent on demand when initiated by a manager at the end of the pay period

- WorkEasy Software will read the following fields from ADP:
1. First name
2. Last name
3. Email address
4. Phone number
5. PositionID
6. Other fields - WorkEasy Software will send the following employee-specific data fields to ADP:
1. Regular hours
2. Overtime hours
