AI Recognition Insights: Our AI reviews recognition messages to help make them more impactful. It identifies and makes suggestions to improve vague or specific language, helping ensure that recognition is specific and aligns with your company’s core values. This helps make each recognition more meaningful.
Content Moderation: Our AI also moderates content in recognition messages by flagging inappropriate language, such as bad words (e.g., curse/swear words, words that could be racially insensitive, slang words, etc.) before the recognition is sent. This helps maintain a respectful workplace environment.
DEI Advisor: To support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, our AI provides real-time feedback on recognition messages. It identifies language that may unintentionally perpetuate biases and suggests more inclusive alternatives. This helps ensure that all employees are recognized fairly.
Our AI tools provide recommendations that are meant to support human decision-making. They do not make decisions on their own.
