Awardco provides an excellent way to honor colleagues for exceeding in their role. Several times I've received and submitted Awards and it's always a rewarding experience. It's easy to use and has many excellent options for cashing out your points!
Easy to use, and FUN!
It's ease of use...you can spend your awards within minutes! I like to be able to recognize my work peers as they do things for me, and they can see them right away! I use it every time a co-worker does something above and beyond! I've never had to contact customer support for anything, it's that easy! It was very easy to implement and integrate with our system as well.
