Integration Details
ADP Workforce Now® users can purchase assessments, setup candidates and deploy assessment links from your ADP platform. You also have the ability to purchase role specific benchmark profiles.
Chally integrates with ADP Workforce Now, enabling seamless access to Chally's state-of-the-art talent assessment into your hiring process, making it easy for you to send assessments, track status, and easily view applicant talent data to optimize your selection decision all from ADP.
Users can initiate pre-employment assessments for an applicant by changing the applicant status to an assessment type that is purchased. The client can select the status of candidate to complete one of the assessment types. When the client selects the assessment, the assessment instructions are sent automatically to the applicant.
The applicant opens the invitation email and completes the assessment. After the assessment is completed, Chally will post the overall profile score and a link to order detailed results.

- 2. Assessment data (Application ID, Screening Package ID, Assessment URL, Link Expiration Date)
- 3. Delete message from event queue

Role Specific Benchmark Profiles allow you to better understand how to hire, develop and retain people based on their competencies. Each assessment taker will be scored against our proprietary benchmark profiles to help you identify the individual’s strengths and gaps.
