Integration Details
Vantage Circle integrates with ADP Workforce Now® and ADP TotalSource® to automatically sync employee information from ADP into Vantage Circle. Changes to your employees (e.g., adding, removing, or updating them in ADP) will automatically be synced to Vantage Circle.

Access and sign-in
- ADP single sign-on: All users can sign in to Vantage Circle using their ADP credentials. Purchasers and users assigned through ADP Marketplace can also sign in through the ADP Marketplace My apps page.
Data sync frequency
- Syncs employee data after every 4 hours

- Vantage Circle will read the following employee data fields from ADP:
1. Employee ID
2. Employee Email ID
3. Employee Name
4. Department
5. Grade Group
6. Reporting Manager Email ID
7. Reporting Manager ID
8. Mobile Number
9. City
10. Country
11. Date Of Birth
12. Gender
13. Date Of Joining
14. Employee Status
