How we use AI
- Our Position Intelligence platform utilizes generative AI (GenAI) to provide robust position management. Using GenAI, we quickly populate job definitions, capturing and documenting important data about each job. This includes essential details like job summaries and tasks and required skills, worker characteristics, education, and certifications. Administrators can enable this feature at any time in their account, whether automatically for all data syncing or on a job-by-job basis.
This automation helps make business leaders more efficient and gives them access to more accurate and comprehensive data about the positions within their organization. Employees can also benefit from this feature as it offers insights into various job roles and opportunities for career advancement, helping lead to higher retention rates and increased employee engagement.
We prioritize ethical AI usage to ensure that client data remains confidential and is not shared with third-party GenAI vendors. Org Charts Based on Positions
Our advanced org chart feature gives you an always-accurate view of your entire organization, including your open positions. Thanks to our seamless integration, your org chart can be fully automated, which means no more wasting time drawing or manually updating org charts.
Most org chart tools simply show each employee connected to her or his manager. But when a person leaves the organization, they are entirely removed from the org chart. Not so with Built. When an employee leaves your organization, their position remains open on your org chart making it very easy to see where your vacancies are.
