Integration Details
TalentLMS integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to streamline data flow and enhance the experience of customers who use both systems. The integration enables a one-way data synchronization of employee data from ADP, to create learners on TalentLMS with their basic information.
Advanced filters are available to determine which employees are synchronized to TalentLMS.
The integration also allows for TalentLMS groups to be automatically created based on selected ADP Workforce Now fields, and associated employees to be added as group members on TalentLMS automatically.

Filtered Synchronization
- Advanced filters are available to determine which employees in ADP Workforce Now are synchronized to TalentLMS. This allows you to only synchronize the employees that actually need to complete training on TalentLMS. Filter options include: Business Departments, Business Locations, Business Units, Job Classes, Job Functions, Job Titles, Management Position Indicator.
Automatically user grouping
- Automatically create groups on TalentLMS based on selected ADP Workforce Now fields, and automatically assign to relevant users. This allows you to automate the allocation of training to users based on groups. Note: courses must be associated to groups within TalentLMS.
