Aclaimant's connector application integrates with ADP Workforce Now to provide you easy access from the Aclaimant platform to employee data stored in ADP Workforce Now. This is a daily batch integration that pulls the employee profile details from ADP and pre-populates data into forms being completed within the Aclaimant safety and risk management platform via a user-based search.

40+ Supported Data Fields
- There are over 40 different data fields from an employee's profile that can be used to hydrate questions within Aclaimant forms when using the Aclaimant data connector for ADP Workforce Now.
- The following fields are the most common fields read by Aclaimant: First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Job Title, Hire Date, Date of Birth, Gender, SSN, Work Status, Employee ID, Industry Class Code, Pay Information, Manager Name

Configurable Search Priority
Decide how you want to search by assigning a search priority to specific data fields. Aclaimant allows you to define what data fields are most relevant to you when you are looking for information. Search results are organized base the priority you assign to the data field. For example, you can decide if you prefer to search by first & last name or employee id or both.
3 Levels of Search Priority
- There are 3 levels of search priority (A - high, B - medium, C - low) that you can assign to different data elements to organize the search results. For example, you might prioritize searching by first/last name above employee number or vice versa giving you the ultimate flexibility to make finding data easy!
Search Result Preview
It's common to have multiple employees with the same name, which makes finding the right person harder. Aclaimant's data connector allows you to select associated data fields like job title or employee id to be previewed while searching for an employee.
Associated Data Preview
- When you search an employee's name, having additional information such as their job title, employee id, work location, address, etc. can be helpful to find the correct employee. Aclaimant's integration features the ability to configure the additional data fields you want to preview when searching for an employee.
