Blink integrates with ADP Workforce Now® and ADP TotalSource® via the Blink Connector for ADP Workforce Now®:
• Seamlessly manage, update and onboard within your ADP platform and have the changes update in Blink in real-time.
• Allow your users to stay up to date with their pay. As soon as new payroll is completed in ADP Workforce Now, users in Blink will get a new notification informing them they have a new payslip to view.

How we use AI
- When you want to share something on the feed but you're not quite sure how best to phrase it, or you want a helping hand with tone, to make the message more concise, Blink Assist is here to help. Using generative AI, Blink Assist enables content contributors to create and summarize communications to their team more efficiently.
There are a few core use cases for leveraging Blink Assist:
Improve a post: By simply pasting or typing in the draft of your message, you’ll be provided with a few options for improvement. If you’d like to adjust the tone: make it more professional, casual, straightforward, confident or friendly. Or if you’d like to refine the post by simplifying the language, summarizing or lengthening. With a simple one-click selection, your post is updated and ready to share.
Write a post: In this workflow you’ll be asked to prompt Blink Assist with as much or as little as you want and then select the type of post you want to create. A draft post will then appear in the textbox, and you’ll then be able use the refinement in “improve a post” to finalize your content.
Create a Summary of other posts: When you select “summarize feed posts,” you’ll be asked to select a post or series of posts that you’d like to summarize (you can select up to 5). Once your posts are selected and you choose "generate” and receive a summary, you’ll have the ability to dive into each part of the summary by highlighting from your selected post(s).
Blink Assist utilizes Azure OpenAI GPT 3.5 Turbo model to suggest alternatives or improvements on the insert text. Azure does not utilize data to feed into its large language model. Messages composed and updated with Blink Assist are stored within Blink.

• Data is not used to improve OpenAI models
• Our finetuned Azure OpenAI models are only available to us
