Plan includes:
  • HSA, FSA, DCFSA - $3.95 pepm
  • GCHRA, EBHRA - $3.95 pepm. For HRAs with low expected usage (for example, HRAs supporting fertility treatments), we offer $0.95 peepm + $11.95 for months when the employee receives a reimbursement.
  • Commuter - $3.95 pepm. Alternatively, employers can offer this benefit for $0.00 pepm + 3.825% of employee payroll deductions (which is half the payroll tax savings the employer realized on the payroll deduction)
  • ICHRA - $11.95 pepm
  • Non-Discrimination Testing - $49.95 / plan year

  • Post-Paid: You will be billed by usage once your employees are enrolled. Once you speak with your Salusion representative, they will confirm your benefit offering you want to enroll in so that you can be billed accordingly.
