Rain integrates with ADP® using limited data from ADP such as first name, last name, wage rate, wage type, and unique employee ID. Through this integration, Rain automatically syncs with your payroll.

How we use AI
- Rain AI is the always-on intelligence layer that sits behind everything in our financial health platform. Rather than a single feature, it continuously looks at an employee's income patterns, balances, and spending to understand their financial picture in real time — then proactively surfaces the right tool at the right moment, whether that's earned wages, a way to avoid a fee, or a nudge to save. Employees remain in control of every action Rain AI takes; it's designed to work quietly in the background so financial health doesn't require constant, active management.
- Within Rain AI, Cover Me is our agent focused on preventing overdrafts and low-balance fees. It monitors an employee's connected accounts and, when it detects a risk of going negative, moves money on their behalf to keep them covered — turning a reactive, fee-generating moment into something handled automatically before it happens.
Save for Me is the complementary agent focused on building savings. It identifies safe opportunities — from earned wages or other connected sources — to set money aside into an employee's Rainy Day Fund, always coordinating with Cover Me so it never saves in a way that would put the employee at risk of an overdraft. Together, the two agents represent how Rain AI moves employees from simply reacting to their finances to actively building toward stability. - Product roadmap: In the future, Rain AI plans to expand beyond overdraft prevention and savings to proactively guide credit-building and rent timing as well as other skills.

Earned Wage Access
Employees can collect their earnings daily, rather than having to wait for payday. Thanks to the seamless integration with ADP, your employees can be up and running within a month. Your employees can transfer their earned wages for free with next banking day ACH transfers or instantly push to a debit card for a small fee.
The Rain Mobile App
Through the Rain app, your employees can access up to half of their earned wages on-demand at anytime from anywhere.
Employer Portal
The Employer Portal is focused on providing employers with functional tools to better manage their Earned Wage Access program. Employers can use the engagement dashboard to track usage and user engagement metrics at the click of a button.
