- Pricing Info: Our pricing consists of 3 different license levels. The first is an System Administrator who will oversee the solution, as well as manage security. You can have multiple Administrators but usually there is just one. This is priced at $250.00 per user per month. The next level is Payroll Administrator. These users will have the ability to review, modify, and approve payroll cycle for processing in ADP. Payroll Administrator will have the ability to modify time prior to payroll processing. This level is priced at $195.00 per user per month. Finally, we have the payroll employee. This level is priced on a sliding scale starting at $10.00 per employee per month.
