Integration Details
The Ving Connector for ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation will import any employee(s) with at least one unique email or phone into the Ving application. The Ving platform uses the information to set up accounts and enable users to assign training and compliance material to employees.

Automated Employee Information Sync
The Ving connector will automatically set up each employee with valid contact information in the Ving platform. Each employee can then be assigned a training course. All applicable updates made to an employee record in ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation will automatically be made in the Ving platform, eliminating dual entry and unnecessary maintenance tasks.
Automated Filters and Reports
Ving also uses ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation demographic information to set up labels. Ving uses labels as a way to organize your employees.
Information such as Worker Type Code, Assignment, Term Code, Work Level Code, Job Title, Location, and more create labels. Labels quickly enable users to filter from all employees to subgroups of interest.
Single Sign On (SS0)
ADP Workforce Now® Next Generation users can use the Ving ADP single sign-on (SS0) feature to access their training.
Ving assignments can be made from Multiple channels. Whether users access training via text, email, portal, QR code, embeddable links, all training progress is tracked and ready for dashboard viewing or detail reports.
