Salary Allocations

• Salary allocations is a feature that allows salaried employees to enter detailed timesheets for the grants they are working on. InfiniTime then passes this detailed information to ADP Run for payroll. Our system ensures that the salaried employee gets their pay and provide detailed time accounting that can flow all the way to the GL of the company via ADP GL Sync.

Find Employees To Cover Shifts In A Flash

• Have an employee call in sick? With a click of a button all of the employees that can fill that role and are available to work can be presented with their phone number. Make a quick call or send a message and the shift is covered. Simple, easy, and allows the manager to get back to managing.

Shift Swapping

• Swapping schedules can easily be done by any employee. By using the employee web portal or mobile app, two employees can agree to swap shifts. Then their manager is notified and gives final approval of the shift swap.

Prevailing Wage

• Most locale's have prevailing wage rules. The prevailing wage calculations are easily done in InfiniTime. The employees can enter their work hours after the fact via our web portal or live via the InfiniTime mobile application. We are integrated with another ADP partner called Points North. This allows a customer to get detailed certified payroll reports.

Expense Reporting Built In

• InfiniTime allows for employees to enter expense reports. The expense reporting engine has configuration options that allows for different configurations for different groups of employees. The expense can be limited to which jobs they can be expensed to, the amounts of the expenses, and much more. When the expense report is completed it can be sent to the manager for approval. When approved it automatically is added to the current pay period timesheet for the employee. This allows the expense reimbursements to flow over automatically to payroll for payment on the employees next paycheck. Detailed reporting can be done on the expenses for auditing and other needs.

Server Wage Management

• In many cities and states it is required to pay a server wage for employees that are servers. InfiniTime can allow the employee to indicate the position they are working in so the proper wage is sent to payroll for payment. It also allows the employee to fill multiple roles at the business and not require any wage overrides or manual entry.

Tip Management

• Employees can easily report their tips via InfiniTime. This will allow this information to flow to payroll and apply any required taxes or just for tracking/reporting.

Generate Payroll Based Journal File

• Long term healthcare facilities are required by law to upload employee and time data to CMS/Medicare. InfiniTime can help you save time by automating the collection, tracking, and reporting of this information. InfiniTime gathers the information and generates the XML export files that can be uploaded to CMS/Medicare.

Many Locations! No problem!

• InfiniTime is optimized to help if your organization has multiple locations. There are no limits to the number of locations or timeclocks that your company can have allowing any size organization to use InfiniTime to manage their workforce. The mobile app can even set their location based on their GPS location. The employee never needs to choose the location.

Mobile With No Internet

• The mobile app for InfinITime can be used when there is no cellular or internet service available. This allows workers inside buildings or in remote areas to get the benefits of punching when there is no service. The InfiniTime Mobile app stores the punch information. When the user has better cellular signal or is on WiFi, they just need to open the app and all of the stored information is then sent to InfiniTime.

Bring Your Own Hardware

• With our tablet app we can turn any IOS© or Android© tablet into a timeclock. The employees can punch in/out, view their timecard, request time off, and much more. This is using customer supplied tablet or phone and our tablet application. This lowers the cost of the timeclocks and may use hardware that is already used by the business.

Employee Path Tracking

• The InfiniTime mobile app also has constant tracking of employee movements. This data is stored historically so a manager can go into the past and see where the employee was during the day. This provides additional management of remote employees.

• InfiniTime has may ways for the employees to clock in and out. By using the web, phone, tablets, and more, InfiniTime allows employees to provide detailed information easily. This can be used for job costing, grant tracking, and much more.
