ADP, one of the world’s most innovative, comprehensive global providers of cloud-based HCM solutions, and Sage Intacct, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, have joined forces to help simplify your back-office processes and remove obstacles by helping you sync employee data and post payroll journal entries from ADP Workforce Now to your Sage Intacct General Ledger.
Rather than duplicating time, dimension values, payroll and expense reimbursement data into two systems, information can now be securely shared between ADP and Sage Intacct with a few clicks, dramatically reducing the chance for errors and saving significant time and effort.

ADP utilizes a real-time integration platform and has implemented a data connector that enables the various workflows going into and out of ADP Workforce Now and Sage Intacct.
Data fields
- The fields that will be sent from ADP Workforce Now to Sage Intacct include:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Hire Date
4. Departments
5. Locations
6. Job Title
The GL data integration pushes various standard dimensions in addition to user-defined dimensions downstream from payroll (includes financial and statistical journal entries) into the payroll journal entries to Sage Intacct. - The employee data integration pushes changes from ADP Workforce Now to Sage Intacct employee and contact records. Data points are pushed based on event notifications such as new hires and terminations.
- The Inbound and Outbound time integration exchanges time data to or from ADP Workforce Now Essential Time. Essential Time Labor Charge Fields are set up to support dimensions such as Project and Task.
- Expense Reimbursements is a 360 integration. Pull of expense reports from Sage Intacct into ADP and the push of reimbursements via General Ledger from ADP into Sage Intacct Time & Expense application.
