How we use AI

PandoIQ knows where the candidates for each distinct role you are looking for most often frequent. PandoIQ uses AI to determine which job board(s) to send each distinct job to, to help ensure the best possible candidate return and performance for your job advertising budget. We analyze the job descriptions and job titles for the skills and requirements of each role/job ad, and based on 15+ years of historical job ad performance data determine what job board(s) each individual job would perform best on, for the lowest spend.
Instead of using arbitrary spend decision criteria of gut feeling to advertise your jobs, the programmatic AI driven engine in PandoIQ job helps spend your advertising budget in the most effective manner. The end result will be more and better qualified applicants applying to your jobs.
