- To activate the OurPeople Connector for ADP Workforce Now®, customers will generate an access token during their onboarding kickoff with their dedicated OurPeople Customer Success Manager. The token is created within the OurPeople account under Settings > Integrations > Add and requires an active OurPeople account to complete the setup. If assistance is needed, customers can contact support@ourpeople.com. This integration setup is typically completed as part of a white-glove onboarding service included for ADP Workforce Now® customers.
